Sanitation Supervisor

Position Summary and Responsibilities:

The Sanitation Supervisor will insure that the housekeeping of the warehouse facility is kept in compliance with FDA, USDA, TDA, GMP's and HACCP mandates.

The Sanitation Supervisor will insure that procedures & practices are in place to eliminate insects and rodents in our facility.

* Oversee recruiting, training and management of all sanitation personnel to ensure Ben E. Keith operational & sanitation objectives are met and maintained

* Direct and coordinate the housekeeping of the warehouse facility in keeping with good sanitation practices and procedures

* Perform administrative tasks to ensure compliance with operational policies and procedures

* Train sanitation personnel as directed

* Provide performance feedback to personnel

* Implement and monitor Pest Control Program

Education and/or Work Experience Requirements:

* Food industry sanitation experience preferred

* Bachelor's degree or equivalent warehouse management experience

Physical Requirements:

* Ability to safely and successfully perform the essential job functions consistent with the ADA, FMLA and other federal, state and local standards, including meeting qualitative and/or quantitative productivity standards.

* Ability to maintain regular, punctual attendance consistent with the ADA, FMLA and other federal, state and local standards

* Must be able to lift and carry up to 60 lb
