Job Description

The Machine Operator position is responsible for all job tasks associated with running the Press, Laser, or Plasma table. As the Machine Operator, you are responsible for the quality and quantity of the parts coming off the table(s). Sets up machine to proper specifications. Operates machine to process materials (laser, waterjet, press brake, saw, rolls, etc). Programs press brake bending software at machine, Checks quality of product coming off machine(s), in addition to packaging material and preparing for shipments.

Qualifications:

• Knowledge of crane operation and lifting devices.
• Read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and work orders to produce accurate parts.
• Skilled at measuring machined features using a variety of measuring instruments.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
