**Pay range for this position is $49,140 to $55,620** Why should you apply for this role? Summary/Primary Purpose: To provide administrative oversight of the Omaha Social Services Low-Income Housing Tax Credit and U.S. Housing and Urban Development Section 202 housing properties. Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Supervisory Responsibilities: None Education and/or Experience: Bachelor's Degree AND two years' experience in property management. Or 4 years of property management and LIHTC experience. Knowledge of Fair Housing Laws and experience in low-income housing management or social work administration in a managerial/ administrative capacity, with responsibility for housing asset protection and development. Qualifications: The requirements listed below are representative of the minimal knowledge, skill, and/or ability required for this position.
Other Qualifications: Must pass all applicable background checks. Must possess a valid driver's license from the state in which you reside. Must be approved through The Salvation Army Fleet Safety Program to drive either a Salvation Army or personal vehicle on Salvation Army business. Must successfully complete Safe from Harm training within 90 days of hire, as established by The Salvation Army. Certificates, Licenses, Registrations: Prefer HUD housing counselor certification.
