Lead and mentor less experienced team members, while performing confidential duties and finding solutions to complex tasks. Support quality training initiatives, manage training databases, and assist with cGMP training efforts. Coordinate and track audits, ensuring proper documentation and compliance for internal and external reviews. Demonstrate strong attention to detail, ensuring all tasks are completed accurately and efficiently.
