Pay: $25.00/hr - $38.00/hr Shift: 1st Shift, 7:00 AM - 3:30 PM Requirements: High school diploma (or equivalent) required Preference for candidates with undergraduate business or trade school training 4+ years of experience or training in mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and carpentry Valid driver's license, fork truck operator's license, and JLG operator's license Job Duties: Perform maintenance, troubleshoot, and repair equipment alongside the facilities maintenance team Inspect and evaluate systems for operational efficiency, including speeds, pressures, vacuums, and vibrations Monitor system wear and replace expendables such as belts, hoses, fluids, and filters Conduct preventative maintenance and diagnose issues with HVAC and fire life safety systems Address plumbing and electrical system issues, including transformers, motors, motor starters, and variable frequency drives Repair damaged wiring and cables, and maintain dock equipment and parking lot lighting Ensure proper functioning of photoelectric eyes, emergency lights, exit lights, and 120-volt outlets for exterior lighting Employee Benefits (provided by our partner company): Health, dental, and vision insurance 401(k) with company match Paid time off and holidays Flexible scheduling Ready to take your career to the next level?
