As an HVAC Technician, you will be responsible for installing, servicing, and repairing HVAC systems in commercial properties, ensuring they operate efficiently and reliably. You'll provide excellent customer service while troubleshooting issues, conducting tests, and maintaining systems.

Responsibilities:



  • Inspect, diagnose, and maintain HVAC systems to optimize performance
  • Troubleshoot and repair HVAC systems, replacing parts as needed
  • Conduct tests to verify the functionality and efficiency of systems
  • Respond to emergency service calls quickly and professionally
  • Document service and repair work accurately
  • Provide outstanding customer service and communicate effectively with clients
  • Work independently and collaborate with your team as needed



Qualifications:



  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • At least 3 years of experience in HVAC and general maintenance (including electrical, plumbing, and carpentry)
  • EPA Universal HVAC Certification
  • Valid driver's license
  • Strong troubleshooting skills and attention to detail
  • Excellent communication and customer service abilities
  • Comfortable using computers and software for documenting service work
