Provides legal counsel and advice to the corporation and its subsidiaries to ensure their effective operation in accordance with federal, state and local Laws. Essential Functions
Minimum Education Juris Doctorate Degree from an A.B.A. accredited law school and admission to the bar. Minimum Experience Twelve (12) years' experience as an attorney with at least six (6) years' experience in securities law compliance, with a strong background in Securities Exchange Act of 1934 reporting, corporate governance, and stock exchange listing standard compliance. Preferred Qualifications: Board securities and corporate law practice, with a strong background in Securities Exchange Act of 1934 reporting, corporate governance, stock exchange listing standard compliance, experience in executive compensation, strong research and analytical skills, strong written and oral communication, excellent organizational and time management skills, experience in ESG reporting and reporting standards.
