Overview

We are seeking an experienced professional to manage project operations, ensuring production schedules are met, resources are effectively utilized, and strong customer relationships are maintained. This role is responsible for overseeing cost, schedule, performance, and risk identification/mitigation across various projects, including systems, tools, equipment, software, and facilities. The ideal candidate will demonstrate expertise in problem resolution and operational coordination.

Responsibilities

    Oversee project operations to ensure timely production, efficient resource allocation, and alignment with customer requirements.
  • Manage project cost, schedule, and performance while identifying and mitigating risks.
  • Coordinate resolutions for production-related challenges, ensuring smooth operations.
  • Apply comprehensive mission knowledge and skills, demonstrating mastery of all required developmental training and experiences.
  • Analyze complex and incomplete information to derive meaningful insights and structured analytic questions.
  • Work independently with minimal supervision, taking initiative in problem-solving and decision-making.
  • Collaborate with Intelligence Community (IC) members to facilitate information sharing, drive intelligence collection, and resolve analytic disputes.
  • Develop concise, insightful, and comprehensive intelligence products that support defense operations.
  • Lead teams in researching and addressing multifaceted or critical challenges


Qualifications

  • Minimum of 8 years of relevant experience, with at least a portion of that experience occurring within the last 2 years.
  • Active TS/SCI
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field from an accredited institution recognized by the U.S. Department of Education.

Preferred Skills & Competencies:

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to convey complex ideas effectively.
  • Proven ability to work collaboratively within cross-functional teams and intelligence disciplines.
  • Experience in risk management and operational coordination.
