Job Objective:
Supervises all wellsite activities including workover, maintenance and service operations and field employees and contractors.
Essential Job Responsibilities:
- Documents operations with daily progress reports in required systems such as WellView.
- Monitors and maintains up-to-date communications with rig crews, vacuum truck drivers, transportation department and field operators (pumpers/gaugers) regarding current workovers/projects and changes.
- Coordinates services with service companies (wireline, cementing, production equipment, etc.) to assure availability or special service requirements.
- Provides information to service companies regarding workover procedures or delays in order to facilitate a cooperative, efficient, and safe work place.
- Obtains and coordinates bids from service providers.
- Reviews daily costs on all active rig operations.
- Supervises acid and Frac stimulations.
- Provides cost estimates to assist the operations engineers with authorization for expenditures (AFE).
- Ability to be available 24 hours per day (on call for questions, emergencies, etc.).
- Maintains employee confidence and protects company assets, including intellectual property, by keeping information confidential. Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results, as needed.

Qualifications:
- Required:
- Ten (10) years minimum experience in workover, completion, fishing and recompletion operations.
- Preferred :
- Experience supervising acid and Frac stimulations.
- Experience working in the Permian Basin.
- Ability to accurately solve problems.
- Ability to work long hours in order to cover/monitor assigned field territory.
- Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with employees, supervisors, other departments, officials and the public.
- Demonstrates the ability and willingness to remain aware of and direct the whole scope of simultaneous activities at the job site on a routine basis.
- Ability to complete multiple, diverse tasks of differing priorities.
- Good written and verbal communication skills, with specific ability to translate complex information into an organized and presentable manner.
- Good management, administrative, and organizational skills.
- Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results, as needed.
- Self-starter with proven leadership skills, team player, comfortable working under pressure and dedicated to developing workforce.

Education Requirements:
- Graduation from a high school or GED equivalent; or any equivalent combination of education and experience demonstrating sufficient knowledge, ability, and skill to perform the duties and responsibilities of the position.
