Neutronics Intern

This role is for a graduate level student in nuclear engineering who has knowledge/experience as well as good technical background in reactor physics and its applications.

Your Day-to-Day:

1. Providing engineering design and/or analysis for nuclear fuel products, including new fuel concepts
2. Have background/expertise (or able to learn) to use MonteCarlo tools, such as Serpent
3. Experience or knowledge on other neutronic codes in the industry
4. Good technical background on neutronics and understanding of fuel performance
5. Planning and scheduling work to meet assignment requirements.

Who You Are:

As a successful candidate, you will bring the following to the team:

• Pursuing a Master's degree in Nuclear Engineering.
• Minimum GPA of 3.0 strongly preferred.
• Must be able to work a minimum of 8 weeks; 10 plus weeks preferred.
