Opportunity Overview: SAP Inventory Coordinator - 12-18 months - Remote

The SAP Inventory Coordinator role is a remote position with the base office located in Lawrenceville, GA. Travel to and attendance at the base office will be required and is anticipated to be up to six (6) times per year and between 2-7 days per visit. The role involves coordinating, planning, tracking, analyzing and managing the inventory to ensure efficient business operations. Additionally, the role will include supporting projects and providing cost and financial reports for the Project Managers. The SAP Inventory Coordinator is a full-time position with opportunity for growth. Some overtime is to be expected during physical inventory audits.

What your day-to-day looks like:




  • Manage all aspects of inventory control, including oversight of physical inventory and the utilization of SAP system for tracking and forecasting
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
  • Create detailed reports for adjustments, inventory operations and stock levels
  • Goods receipt (GR) from vendor and field projects back to Warehouse Management System
  • Goods Issue (GI) from the Warehouse Management System to applicable field projects
  • Stock transfer of materials between business unit facility locations
  • Coordinate and conduct physical inventory audits as required
  • Resolve any issues between physical inventory and SAP records
  • Work with team members to optimize inventory management


What we need to see from you:




  • Strong working knowledge of SAP inventory principles
  • 3 years experience Inventory Management
  • Associate's degree or similar work experience preferred
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite, specifically Excel
  • Excellent computer skills
  • Good interpersonal and communication skills
  • Remarkable organizational and multi-tasking skills
  • Strong attention to detail
