Account Manager

Under the direction of the VP of Staffing Solutions (SSG), manage existing customer accounts and develop business opportunities in alignment with the SSG and Americas Outage and Maintenance Services (AOMS) strategy.

In specific, the successful candidate will:

• Work in cooperation with the WECTEC Staffing Services recruiting team to locate and secure key resources to meet your customers contingent staffing needs.
• Collaborate with the Global Markets Account Teams to manage your existing and new customer relationships
• Actively participate in the sales and marketing of SSG services to power generation utility and energy services customers in North America
• Proactively manage customer account plans for your clients
• Participate in the development of annual financial business plans in conjunction with the AOMS Financial support team.
• Engage and work with the SSG Operations team to actively manage the order entry, revenue recognition, and cash flow for your assigned accounts.

The successful candidate for this position will possess the following:

• Bachelor's degree in: Engineering, Business, or Equivalent Related Field
• 5+ years professional experience in: Marketing, Projects, Strategic Programs, and/or Field Sales
• Knowledge of contingent staffing recruiting and account management are a plus.
