Roles and Responsibilities
- Obtain required information from plans to assemble job estimates
- Coordinate the procurement of vendor quotes, resources, labor, materials, and services as needed
- Prepare detailed bid estimates and written quotes for projects, ensuring accuracy and alignment with client specifications and budget requirements
- Prepare and manage project documentation, including contracts, change orders, submittals, goals, and close-outs; set up and maintain jobs in Procore
- Engage in project kick-off meetings with construction manager and foreman to ensure alignment on objectives, timelines, and deliverables
- Monitor and track project progress, identifying risks and issues, and ensuring timely resolution
- Coordinate between different teams, contractors, subcontractors, and suppliers to ensure seamless project execution
- Aid with the tracking and reporting of project expenditures and resources
- Conduct on-site inspections to ensure work is progressing according to plan, meeting safety standard, and adhering to project specifications
- Assist in resolving conflicts or issues between various parties such as contractors, vendors, or clients, in a timely manner
- Facilitate with the completion of project postmortems; suggest recommendations for future projects

Minimum Requirements
- Previous experience in construction or project coordination
- Knowledge of HVAC systems, service, and maintenance programs
- Current, valid driver's license
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and construction management software
- Ability to read and understand construction plans, contracts, and specifications
- Strong organizational skills, time management, attention to detail, and multitasking abilities
- Ability to communicate effectively with team members, clients, and stakeholders
- Basic understanding of construction safety standards (OSHA regulations) and quality control procedures
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with effective problem-solving skills
Preferred Skills
- Self-motivated with the desire to succeed and exceed sales goals
- Bachelor's degree in Construction/Project Management
Physical Requirements
- Ability to sit up to eight (8) hours per working day
- Ability to regularly lift and/or move objects up to 10 pounds
- Ability to stand, walk, climb, stoop, kneel, crouch, reach with hands and arms, use hands and fingers to grasp and handle objects
