Vice President

Paradyme Management Inc. is seeking a Vice President to oversee day-to-day delivery operations for our National Security Portfolio. This role requires an individual with proven experience managing a portfolio exceeding $10M in annual revenue, driving profitability, fostering organic growth, and building high-performance teams.

Lead Justice and IC Programs through daily delivery and operations.
• Establish, manage, and coach employees with clear objectives and performance expectations.
• Build effective partnerships across the organization to meet and exceed customer goals.
• Develop impactful customer relationships.
• Support business development, capture, and proposal efforts with National Security Growth Vice President.
• Attract, motivate, develop, and retain highly skilled staff.
• Collaborate with staff, customers, partners, and industry to drive revenue and profit growth through new and existing contracts.
• Build and execute customer, market, and company strategies in collaboration with executive leadership.

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 12 years of professional experience in IT services, consulting, and/or federal contracting.
• Proven experience leading leaders across a portfolio of contracts.
• P&L experience managing $10M/year or greater.
• Technical and practical knowledge of federal procurements, requirements, and contracts.
• Proven leader and motivator of senior managers and staff, committed to best business practices.
• Strong interpersonal skills.
• Proven track record in developing and maintaining collaborative relationships with professionals and government stakeholders.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Minimum of a bachelor's degree.
