Job DescriptionTexas State Technical College (TSTC) is seeking a visionary and innovative Senior Manager of Enrollment for the TSTC Connect (Online) campus. This role is essential in shaping the future of online enrollment growth and works closely with TSTC Connect leadership in enhancing the student experience helping to meet the learning needs of today's students.
As the Senior Manager, you will lead a dynamic, multi-location team of Admissions Advisors, Enrollment Coaches, and Associate Managers, driving enrollment success across TSTC Connect. This role requires strategic vision, creativity, and adaptability to develop and implement cutting-edge enrollment strategies.

Our unique funding formula ties college success directly to student outcomes, making every role at TSTC impactful. This position offers the opportunity to lead and develop enrollment strategies that directly influence student engagement, retention, and success in an online learning environment.
Salary Range: $75,643.83-$86,990.40
The final salary offer will be determined based on the candidate's qualifications and experience.
Key Responsibilities: Leadership and Innovation in Online Enrollment (30%)
Inspire and mentor a statewide team to achieve and exceed online enrollment targets. Develop and implement forward-thinking, data-driven enrollment strategies tailored for online students. Drive process improvements and innovation in the online enrollment experience, ensuring that students can seamlessly navigate admissions, registration, and support services. Evaluate team performance against Key Performance Indicators (KPIs), adjusting strategies to optimize student engagement and conversion rates.
Collaboration and Online Brand Development (25%)
Work closely with the Provost to identify and implement online learning initiatives that align with student needs. Partner with Marketing, Financial Aid, IT, and Academic Affairs to ensure a cohesive, student-centered enrollment experience. Act as a key advocate for online student success, ensuring equity and accessibility in the enrollment process. Lead efforts alongside Program Team Leads and the Provost office to increase brand awareness of TSTC Connect. Develop strategic outreach initiatives to reach non-traditional and distance learners.
Technology-Driven Enrollment Strategies (20%)
Leverage advanced CRM, data analytics, and automation tools to streamline enrollment workflows and personalize student interactions. Drive innovative solutions to enrollment barriers, using technology to simplify processes and enhance student satisfaction. Identify and implement best-in-class enrollment technologies, ensuring a modern and efficient student experience in collaboration with Statewide Enrollment leadership.
Strategic Enrollment Growth & Capacity Building (15%)
Develop and monitor program-specific enrollment goals, ensuring alignment with institutional priorities and workforce demand. Provide insight for opportunities for growth and expansion in online programs, collaborating with leadership to scale student access. Use market research and data analytics to assess emerging trends and optimize enrollment strategies. Oversee early intervention strategies to identify and support at-risk students, improving retention and persistence.
Staff Development and Leadership (10%)
Provide ongoing training and mentorship for enrollment staff, ensuring they stay up to date on best practices in online student recruitment and retention. Champion collaboration and teamwork across multiple campuses to ensure a seamless enrollment process for online students.

Education and Experience:
Education: Bachelor's degree required; exceptional experience may be considered in lieu of a degree. Experience: Minimum of 8 years in a leadership role in enrollment management, online education, or student services.
Proven track record in developing and executing online enrollment strategies. Experience managing multi-location or virtual teams. Demonstrated success in leveraging technology to improve student engagement and recruitment outcomes.
