Overview: The Quality & Safety Clinical Performance Coordinator (CPC) supports the Clinical Performance Manager (CPM) in the development and review of pathways, order sets, care plans and other tools used across the continuum of care. To be successful in this position the CPC works directly with the CPM, Epic build teams, and clinical experts requiring effective communication skills, a thorough knowledge of evidence-based practice principles is required, and ability to develop ongoing relationships with Hospital and Ministry leadership.
