The Opportunity

Adobe.com is Adobe's marquee web presence, spans over 90 countries, operates in over 40 languages, and is a critical driver of Adobe's business. A huge market opportunity for Adobe sits outside the US, and as a result, our international site experiences (logged in and logged out) are critical to the company's success.

Your job will be to take Adobe's international web presence for our Digital Media business (Creative Cloud and Document Cloud) to the next level, creating a clear regional strategy, driving high-impact initiatives that align to business critical metrics, and creating a strong connection between corporate, the regional web teams and key business partners. A suitable candidate will be able to deliver compelling experiences for cloud-based web applications, have a proven track record of growth and impact, an ability to work effectively in a cross-organization, geographically distributed environment, and exercise leadership to make a deep impact through influence.

What You'll Do

  • Partner with marketing, design, engineering, and your team to articulate a compelling vision for Adobe's regional web sites with specific strategies relevant to our key markets.
  • Devise a targeted content and SEO strategy to attract relevant traffic to adobe.com; stay attuned to the evolving SEO environment.
  • Leverage data to drive decisions by crafting compelling roadmaps for key regions, including emerging markets, driving balanced ARR growth and leading product releases.
  • Display technical expertise and industry knowledge through the development of seamless integrations between adobe.com, adobe.com logged in surfaces, and web products, facilitating quick access to desired offerings for customers.
  • Partner closely with the corporate team to build an outstanding mobile experience for a.com worldwide.
  • Build highly culturalized experiences for critical markets, balancing business impact with operational scalability across multiple websites.
  • Lead and a team of high-impact product and SEO managers to drive experience and execution across the web portfolio.
  • Authoritatively define problems for the team to address. Align those problems to measurable objectives and key results to provide space for bottoms-up creative solutions.
  • Partner with engineering and global production to pilot, validate and roll out a scalable transcreation process across all markets.
  • Optimize the logged in adobe.com surfaces in all regional markets, supporting product releases, driving growth as well as customer and free member engagement.

What is needed to succeed

  • Validated product management leadership experience of 10+ years on web and mobile web surfaces, including leading highly complementary teams of product managers. Strong SEO expertise and experience strongly preferred.
  • A strong record of delivery with impact and a hardworking dedication to customer experience and product quality.
  • Experience in developing and maintaining deep partnership with marketing, engineering and design counterparts.
  • Confirmed insights in the areas of customer insight, data-driven decision making, critical thinking, and product innovation.
  • An inherently leading personality that brings together the hearts and minds of your peers to complete a detailed product roadmap across multiple regions.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to work effectively across different time zones and teams.
Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several U.S. geographic markets, and we pay differently based on those defined markets. The U.S. pay range for this positionis $185,900 -- $391,600 annually. Paywithin this range varies by work locationand may also depend on job-related knowledge, skills,and experience. At Adobe, for sales roles starting salaries are expressed as total target compensation (TTC = base + commission), and short-term incentives are in the form of sales commission plans. Non-sales roles starting salaries are expressed as base salary and short-term incentives are in the form of the Annual Incentive Plan (AIP).

In addition, certain roles may be eligible for long-term incentives in the form of a new hire equity award.
