Sales Operations Specialist

GENERAL SUMMARY:

The Sales Operations Specialist will play a critical role in streamlining processes, enhancing sales performance, and driving project initiatives that support our sales strategy. This position requires strong analytical skills, excellent communication abilities, and a passion for optimizing sales operations.

PRINCIPAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:



  • Project Management: Harmonization of Global Commercial Excellence initiatives. Lead and manage sales operations projects from inception to completion, ensuring alignment with business objectives and timely delivery.




    • Lead Feature & POG Tracker process
    • Management of Master Estimate Tracker (MET) process
    • Key Commercial Excellence Initiatives
    • Major Customer Projects/Initiatives (Destination, etc.)
    • Maintenance of Sales Ops Sharepoint site




  • Reporting: Develop and maintain regular sales performance reports and dashboards, providing actionable insights to sales leadership.




    • Includes ownership of the Global Daily Sales Report, Weekly Top 3 Fill Rate Report, Global Outlook Report, Monthly Sales Performance, Monthly Retailer Scorecard, and other reports.




  • Process Improvement: Evaluate and enhance existing sales processes to increase efficiency and effectiveness; implement best practices across the team.
  • Stakeholder Communication: Serve as a point of contact for project updates and status reports; communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels.




    • Weekly communication to Consumer Sales Team on current projects & initiatives
    • Key point of contact for International Teams on Global Daily Sales updates and Master Estimate Tracker (MET) updates.




  • Data Analysis: Specific to selling stories - analyze sales data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement; present findings to the sales team and stakeholders.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with sales, marketing, finance, and other departments to ensure seamless execution of sales strategies and initiatives


JOB SPECIFICATIONS:



  • Bachelor's degree in business, Marketing, or a related field.
  • 2+ years of experience in sales operations, project management, or a similar role.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
  • Excellent organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Detail-oriented with a commitment to delivering high-quality work.
