As a Sr. Talent Acquisition Partner you will build relationships with contacts and candidates primarily focused in the IT/development industry and gain the trust of a network of potential job candidates. Work with hiring managers to create job descriptions and technical screening metrics. List job openings on job boards, social media, corporate career web sites, and other possible channels. Source and identify candidates and coordinate meetings with hiring managers. Coordinate meetings as needed, conduct phone interviews, technical screens, reference checks, background checks and drug screenings. Negotiate salaries and benefits and compose candidate offers. Inform candidates not chosen of company's decision and/or client's feedback from interviews. Input accurate real-time documentation into our applicant tracking system. Identify new ways to market to customers and reach out to new job candidates. Generate status reports to the leadership team.

As a Sr. Talent Acquisition Partner you will have the opportunity to play a key role in achieving our future organizational growth strategy for development. Responsible for sourcing, recruiting, and screening applicants for a variety of business and technical related positions. Successful candidates must display: Phone Skills, Recruiting Experience, Interviewing Skills, People Skills, Supports Diversity, Employment Law, Results Driven, Professionalism, Organization, Project Management and the ability to provide sound assessments of personalities.

Minimum Requirements: This position requires the following educational and/or job experience:




  • 5+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience within healthcare, ERP or IT infrastructure segments of Information Technology.
  • Bachelor's degree in business, communication, information systems or related field preferred.
  • Excellent sourcing skills, with the ability to identify and engage both active and passive candidates using various recruitment tools and methods.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills with internal leaders and candidates.
  • Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, evolving environment while remaining adaptable and collaborative.
  • Ability to meet or exceed goals with a strong sense of urgency.
  • Strong experience and familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS), ideally Dayforce.
  • Proficient with MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, the Internet and email.
  • Understanding of current impactful federal, state, and local employment laws.



Desired Skills: Ideal candidates for this position should possess some or all of the following skills:



  • Experience managing high volume as well as niche hiring.


  • Experience leading or participating in technology hiring events, technology mixers, and regular attendance and participation at technology meetups and technology user groups.
