Data Analyst - Research

A Data Analyst (Research) position is available under the leadership of Dr. Stephen Gruber.

As a successful candidate, you will:

• Focus on genomic pipeline analysis for tumor and corresponding normal sequencing files.
• Utilize techniques for survival analysis for prognostic and predictive outcomes.

Your qualifications should include:

• Education: Bachelor's degree in business, finance, or information management, preferred. Experience may substitute for minimum education requirements.
• Experience: 3+ years relevant business experience.

Preferred qualifications:

• Experience with integration of curated and annotated clinical data in order to quantify clinical associations and outcomes.
• Development of logistic regression models and survival analyses, including multivariate Cox proportional hazards models.
• Experience with the analysis of genotype and phenotype data in PLINK.
• High performance computing cluster workflow pipeline development.
• Experience refining and deploying machine learning tools.
• Experience interpreting biologic and informatic literature to apply principles and methods to association data for treatment response and clinical utility will facilitate success in this role.
