***This position is located in our SICK, Bloomington MN Production facility. The person will be in office Monday through Friday. COMPENSATION & BENEFITS: Our base salary is one part of our total compensation package and is determined within a range. The starting base salary range for this position is listed below. Actual starting salary will be based on a variety of factors including experience, skill set, education, performance, license/certifications, business needs, and other job-related factors permitted by law. Starting Base Annual Salary Range: $74,550 - $112,750 Bonus Eligibility: This role is eligible for an annual bonus based on a combination of company and individual performance. POSITION SUMMARY: This position has primary responsibility for monitoring and facilitating the flow of goods, resources, and information required by the supply chain to ensure profitable, customer success. Coordinates with procurement, production, inventory control, distribution, logistics and other functions domestically and globally to optimize and align the supply and logistics chain. Identifies bottlenecks or problem areas and escalates or proposes solutions. Works with internal and external suppliers to resolve issues. RESPONSIBILITIES:
