We are looking for an energetic, self-starting, organized, detail-oriented candidate with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment to join our team.

Responsible for managing all aspects of a small portoflio of commercial, industrial, or retail properties inclding operations and finacial activities. Respond to tenant needs and coordinates with maintanence staff to resolve problems. Maintains positive relationships and high retention levels with residents and installation leadership. Responds to all problems and concerns and ensures complaince with rules and regulations. Interacts regularly with property owners to ensure that objectives are being met.Oversees the preperation of accurate, timely and complete reports. Supports the planning, budgeting and control of operation capital expendiures. Prepares annual budgets, forecasts, management plans, monthly performace reports, and variance reports. The APM will work with project manager on managing customer service reps, and bulding managers within the region and assist with data capture and various reporting.

The Minimum Qualifications for this position are as follows:

• Bachelor's degree from an accredited university/college in a related field/discipline and project management certification.

OR

• Three (3) years of experience in the property management field/discipline.

The below is strongly preferred but not a current requirement:

1. 1. 1. Ten (10) years of experience in the property management field/discipline.
      2. Five (5) years of experience in budgeting and forecasting.
      3. Five (5) years of USMC experience.
