Student Financial Aid Job Description
The Senior Program Manager of Financial Aid Training is a member of the senior leadership team within the MU Student Financial Aid office. The position is responsible for developing, implementing, and maintaining a comprehensive learning and operational support structure for the Student Financial Aid Team. This role oversees onboarding, training, and knowledge assessments to ensure staff are well-equipped to perform their roles effectively. Additionally, this position manages information and resources for online platforms such as, but not limited to, the Student Financial Aid website and our customer service intranet knowledge base (i.e., Tiger Wiki). This position plays a key role in ensuring office efficiency, regulatory compliance, and high-quality customer service experience for students, families, campus partners, and external constituents. Primary functions include, but are not limited to:
Shift
M-F, 8 am to 5 pm, occasional evenings and weekends Minimum Qualifications
A Bachelor's degree or an equivalent combination of education and experience and at least 4 years of experience from which comparable knowledge and skills can be acquired is necessary. Preferred Qualifications
Anticipated Hiring Range
