The Department of Otolaryngology-Head and Neck Surgery at the University of Missouri is pleased to announce an opening for a Patient Service Representative in our Allergy Clinic. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills to effectively engage with patients, physicians, advanced practice providers (APPs), nursing staff, and administrative personnel. A strong focus on customer service and being organized are essential. Key Responsibilities: * Manage patient check-in and check-out processes, including scheduling, canceling, and rescheduling appointments. Shift
Monday through Friday 8 a.m. - 5 p.m. Minimum Qualifications
High school diploma or an equivalent combination of education and experience from which comparable knowledge, skills and abilities can be acquired. Anticipated Hiring Range
