The Thompson Center for Autism and Neurodevelopment and Department of Psychiatry in the School of Medicine at the University of Missouri-Columbia (MU), seeks applicants for an Assistant, Associate, or Full Professional Practice Professor on the Non-Tenure Track. The faculty member will work primarily full-time in the Thompson Center for Autism and Neurodevelopmental Disorders, which serves children with autism spectrum disorder and other neurodevelopmental conditions, and their families. The Thompson Center is a multi-disciplinary center with 15 different clinical subspecialists and is integrated fully with the academic training and research missions of MU. The Center is growing and currently planning for a new, state-of-the-art facility and additional clinical programming. The position may include the following: conducting psychological assessments, providing intervention services, and conducting behavioral consultations, and working with other clinical specialties. Other responsibilities include the supervision of trainees, including pre-doctoral psychology interns and postdoctoral fellows, and participation in research activities. Qualifications
Minimum Qualifications: a Doctoral degree in Clinical, Counseling, or School Psychology, or equivalent, from an APA-approved program and will have completed postdoctoral training in pediatric psychology prior to the start date. Additionally, applicants must be licensed in the state of Missouri and fully credentialed through the MU Health System prior to the start date. Application Materials
