Description

The Marketing Consultant III is responsible for B2B and B2C brand and product marketing strategy execution and media planning to support Medica's Commercial products.

Key Accountabilities

Content Creation and Management:



  • Project manage the on-time delivery of brand and product marketing media plans and the development of compelling B2B2C creative including but not limited to digital, TV, print, email, and social media advertising and campaign performance measurement and optimization.


Campaign Execution:



  • Support and drive execution of multi-channel marketing campaigns, campaign set up, consumer journeys and online experiences to support defined goals and objectives.
  • Work closely with creative, marketing operations, digital online product teams to ensure materials on-brand, experiences have online and offline support, efforts are measurable and aligned to key goals & objectives to ensure campaign effectiveness.
  • Use Robohead document management system to set up, track and manage projects including reviews, feedback, approvals, etc


Stakeholder Collaboration:



  • Work closely with Commercial Marketing Director as well as key stakeholders (e.g., sales, product, MX) to define and align campaign to key priorities.
  • Provide strategic marketing guidance to deliver appropriate communication strategies that reach desired audiences and enhance customer experience and brand presence.


Analysis and Reporting:



  • Work closely with Marketing Operations to track, measure, and report on the effectiveness of B2B2C marketing campaigns.
  • Develop campaign reporting dashboards and report campaign performance and opportunities for optimization and learnings to leadership.



Qualifications:



  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing or Business related degree; equivalent combination of education and work experience.
  • 5+ years of related experience, including B2B and/or B2B2C marketing/member experience, and project management
  • Experience in marketing, preferably within the healthcare industry.
  • Strong project management skills and familiarity with and use of document management systems (Robohead, WorkFront, etc)
  • Proven ability to develop and implement successful marketing campaigns.
  • Attention to detail
  • Strong organizational and communication skills
  • Strong PowerPoint skills



This position is a Hub role based with occasional travel to St Louis offices and onsite in Minnetonka MN for applicable heads-up work. Frequency is determined by business need as decided by leadership.

The full salary range for this position is $68,800 - $118,000. Annual salary range placement will depend on a variety of factors including, but not limited to, education, work experience, applicable certifications and/or licensure, the position's scope and responsibility, internal pay equity and external market salary data.
