Academic Program Manager
Apply Keck School of Medicine Los Angeles, California USC Department of Surgery recruiting an Academic Program Manager for our Residency Program. The Academic Program Manager will manage all the Department of Surgery Residency and Fellowship Programs and Staff under the guidance of the Vice Chair of Education. The Academic Program Manager will also ensure compliance with current guidelines of the American Medical Association (AMA), Accreditation Council for Graduate Medical Education (ACGME), American Board of Surgery (ABS), and applicable specialty boards, participate in the development of short- and long-term program strategies and manage team members. Additional duties include:
Master's Degree Preferred. The annual base salary range for this position is $94,551.31 - $105,000 . Demonstrated experience in management/leadership roles, building and maintaining relationships with domestic and international stakeholders. Proven budget oversight and planning experience. Outstanding interpersonal, oral, and written communication skills, with exemplary attention to detail. Experience in higher education and/or customer service. Proven ability to plan, implement, and coordinate program logistics. Demonstrated database/data entry experience.
