Senior Staff Accountant - Budget Treasury (Hybrid)

Main Function

Support treasury functions, including cash forecasting and management, issue resolution and positive pay exception resolution. Supports bi-weekly payroll processing, utilizing the ADP system, to include benefit funding and submission of payroll related returns. Support the annual budget process and periodic forecast process for selected accounts.

Outline of Responsibilities

* Coordinate cash management and banking activities, including resolution of positive pay exceptions and other issues and preparation of monthly cash flow forecasts.

* Coordinate resolution of issues and initiatives for banking and selected software activities.

* Prepare analyses to support annual budget and periodic forecast preparation.

* Prepare analyses to support special projects and ad-hoc requests as needed.

* Serve as backup to other team members.

* Prepare and process bi-weekly payroll using the ADP system.

* Respond to staff requests for information or assistance.

* Serve as backup to other team members.

* Other duties as defined.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree (finance or accounting) with at least four years of accounting, treasury and payroll experience required. Six years of accounting, treasury and payroll experience preferred. An additional four years of experience may be considered in lieu of education. Experience with ERP Systems, banking and treasury functions and ADP is preferred. Must have excellent verbal and written communication skills, analytical, critical thinking, prioritization, and teaming skills. Advanced proficiency in Excel required.

Pay Range: $72,492 to $108,739 annually, actual compensation is dependent on job-related factors such as experience, education, skills and qualifications for the role.
