You will implement innovative compensation strategies while managing salary structures and conducting thorough market research. Your expertise will guide Recruiters and Hiring Managers on competitive pay, and you'll oversee various incentive programs and employee benefits, including health insurance and retirement plans. As the go-to resource for employees navigating benefits, you'll facilitate orientation sessions and respond promptly to inquiries. By analyzing compensation data, collaborating with finance for accurate budgeting, and remaining compliant with regulations, you will help foster a workplace where employees feel valued and motivated. To thrive as a Total Rewards Administrator at Journey Group, a blend of education and experience is essential. A bachelor's degree in human resources, business, or a related field, along with five years of progressive HR experience, sets the foundation for success. Certification as a Compensation Professional is preferred, showcasing your commitment to the field. Key skills include strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a focus on compensation and benefits laws, regulations, and best practices. Exceptional organizational and communication skills are critical for managing multiple tasks while meeting stringent deadlines. You should be adept at using Microsoft Office and HRIS systems to streamline processes and data management. Additionally, embodying Journey Group's core values and maintaining a high degree of professionalism is vital. A valid driver's license and a safe driving record are required, ensuring you can collaborate effectively across the organization.
