Concurrent Technologies Corporation (CTC) is seeking a highly skilled Senior Business Operations Specialist to support the Office of Force Resilience (OFR) under the Office of the Secretary of Defense (OSD) Personnel and Readiness (P&R). This position plays a critical role in developing and executing operational processes to enhance resilience, readiness, and overall force sustainability across the Department of Defense (DoD).

As a Senior Business Operations Specialist, you will provide expert-level operational and administrative support to drive the success of critical initiatives, leveraging your experience in organizational management, process improvement, and stakeholder engagement.

Key Responsibilities:

• Preparing agendas, briefings, reference materials, and meeting minutes to support formal and informal meetings, including meetings with DoD leadership and working groups.
• Developing memos (e.g., action memos, info memos).
• Correspondence and Task Management System (CATMS) taskers and requirements tracking.
• Records management support.
• Developing templates and guidance to facilitate communication of and responses to Office of Command Climate and Well-Being Integration (OCCWI) tasks/deliverables.
• Engaging Office of Command Climate and Well-Being Integration (OCCWI) stakeholders through meetings and written communications to establish expectations, identify requirements, and support development/submission of deliverables.
• Coordinating with Legislative/Public Affairs and Strategic Communications teams to prepare/send stakeholder communications, talking points, and other products on behalf of government.
• OFR 1v1 and WAR consolidation.
• Onboarding new contractor support (e.g., Common Access Cards, MS Teams site access, Government Furnished Equipment).

Basic Qualifications:

• Master's Degree in a related field with 10 or more years of experience
• Experience working in a DoD environment and business operations.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• US Citizenship with the ability to obtain a Common Access Card (CAC)
