What You'll Do:

As a Credit Analyst I, you'll be at the heart of evaluating borrower information, assessing financial statements, and analyzing credit risks. Your work will help drive critical decisions that keep our operations strong and our customers on the right financial path.

Here's a peek at your future to-do list:

  • Conduct in-depth research on credit topics and provide written analysis of complex financials.
  • Help monitor large borrower portfolios and keep everything organized and on track.

Do you have a strong understanding of corporate financial statements and a knack for turning numbers into insights? If you have a background in financial analysis or credit underwriting, you're exactly who we need! Here's what we're hoping you bring to the table:

  • Education: High school diploma (check!), plus some college-level accounting courses.
  • Experience: Two years of credit analysis or underwriting experience (or financial institution experience for those applying for the Credit Analyst I role).
  • Skills: A deep understanding of financial statements, business structures, and tax returns. Bonus points for experience in loan production or servicing!
  • Tech-Savvy: You're comfortable working with spreadsheets, databases, and MS Office Suite to get the job done.
  • Analytical Thinking: You can analyze financial data and come up with thoughtful, well-supported decisions.
  • Communication: You can clearly explain complex topics to both management and team members. Plus, you're great at working with customers in a professional and positive way.

Why You'll Love It Here:

  • A fun, fast-paced work environment: Get ready to hit the ground running in an environment where no two days are the same.
  • Growth opportunities: If you love a challenge, there are always chances to learn and grow within the company.
  • Team camaraderie: Join a team that works hard and has fun together. We believe in supporting one another's success.
  • A professional, yet relaxed work culture: Enjoy a moderate noise level and comfortable office space where you can thrive.
