Description General Position Overview Assist the Program Management team with various program and launch tasks, including project specific tasks, organizing / coordinating pre-production build events, and scheduling and managing Pilot Builds. Must be able to schedule/manage meetings and communicate changes to project plans effectively and in a timely manner. Assist in legacy product-line maintenance through the management of the Focus Factory, as well as various reporting duties and other clerical work as assigned. Assist in planning, scheduling, and coordinating project activities as assigned. Schedule, monitor and conduct pre-production builds and pilots; report results and implement process improvements as necessary. Prepare and maintain any project documentation, reports, and presentations as needed. Communicate with stakeholders to provide updates and gather requirements. Coordinate meetings, prepare agendas, and document meeting minutes. Identify risks and assist in developing mitigation plans. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth workflow and issue resolution. Maintain and update project management tools and databases. Support process improvement initiatives to enhance project efficiency. Work with Program Managers to monitor and maintain our pre-production parts storage area. Assist in training team members on new processes and process improvements. Create and maintain Pre-Production / Pilot Build Matrices and ensure build readiness. Work with Materials Team on Sales Orders and Job Orders. Submit Purchase Requests as needed. Draft accurate ECR/ECNs and follow them through to their completion. Act as the backup for the Enterprise Change Specialist. Able to perform the job consistently and without excessive absenteeism or tardiness. Additional duties as assigned. Job Requirements Associate's degree preferred. Equivalent combination of education and experience may be considered. Strong organizational and time-management skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities. Ability to multitask and prioritize work effectively. Strong problem-solving and analytical skills. Knowledge of various project management methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, etc.) is a plus. Must be flexible and able to work well in a fast-paced environment Willingness to participate in continuing education. Arrives to work with a "how can I help attitude" and able to build rapport with operators and team leads. Self-directed and proven ability to solve technical issues using data and sound troubleshooting principles to derive decisions. Computer skills - Windows Office Suite, Project Management software (MS Project, SmartSheets, Jira), ERP Systems (Syteline, M2M) Team player Working Conditions Mostly office environment, occasional light manufacturing environment (pre-production / pilot builds) Fast-paced, team-oriented environment Low noise level in a temperature-controlled setting Some level of domestic and/or international travel may be required Mostly normal business hours with occasional need to flex hours |
