Assist with passaging of experimental evolution lines. Perform phenotypic assays on experimentally evolved bacteria. Prepare growth media and maintain working stocks of bacteria, protist, amoeba, and C. elegans. Wash and autoclave glassware and keep general lab supplies stocked.

  • Experience and training in experimental evolution of bacteria.
  • Experience working with honey bees and training in beekeeping.
