Construction Manager - Healthcare and Science & Technology

Affiliated Engineers NW, Inc. seeks a Construction Manager - Healthcare and Science & Technology in Seattle. Minimum requirements include a bachelor's degree with a major or specialization in Construction Management, Project Management, Engineering or a related field plus 3 years of experience managing construction documentation processes for healthcare and science & technology projects, including responsibility for the precision, accuracy, and compliance of technical documents and experience using Teams, Procore, BlueBeam Studio, SpecLink, Revit MEP, and Microsoft Project. In the alternative, AEI would also accept a Master's degree with a major or specialization in Construction Management, Project Management, Engineering or a related field plus 1 year of experience managing construction documentation processes for healthcare and science & technology projects, including responsibility for the precision, accuracy, and compliance of technical documents and experience using Teams, Procore, BlueBeam Studio, SpecLink, Revit MEP, and Microsoft Project. Up to 10% regional travel to visit project sites required.
