Description
The hours for this position are: Monday - Friday: 10:00 AM - 6:00 PM Saturdays: 1 - 2 per month from 8:45 AM - 2:15 PM Role Assists Outbound, Inbound, and Call Center employees with loan requests, providing clerical and administrative support needed to process, close, or modify member loans. Represents the credit union in a professional manner when greeting members and the public on the phone and in person at the reception desk, ensuring they are directed to the appropriate person. Accepts mail, packages, and deliveries at the reception desk and ensures they are picked up or distributed to the appropriate person or department. Essential Functions & Responsibilities
