We manage the state park system and programs to inventory, interpret and protect Tennessee's rich natural, historical, and archaeological heritage. In this key role, you'll provide executive support coordinating meetings and events and collaborate with statewide teams to serve the state of Tennessee. Key Responsibilities: Support procurement activities, including routine purchases and contract management. Assist in the development of presentations, training manuals, and policies. Perform a variety of HR functions including recruiting and onboarding. Ensure compliance with rules and policies and create processes that streamline operations. Plan and organize meetings, and events that include both in-person and virtual formats. Prepare correspondence, arrange travel, coordinate schedules. Minimum Qualifications: Bachelor's degree and 2+ years of full-time professional staff administrative experience or related work. Required Experience: The preferred candidate will have a minimum of three years' experience in an administrative or executive support role, preferably within marketing, hospitality, or the public sector.
