Position Details:
The ERP Transformation Senior Project Manager will oversee the lifecycle of our ERP transformation initiative, steering the organization through significant changes in processes, technology, and workflows. This role is responsible for managing project scope, timelines, resources, and aligning stakeholders to ensure the ERP transformation supports the company's strategic objectives. The Senior Project Manager will collaborate closely with senior leadership, cross-functional teams, and third-party partners to drive change, evaluate and design workflows, document processes, and facilitate the successful adoption of the new ERP system and processes. * Project Leadership & Strategy: Support the ERP transformation portfolio of projects, developing comprehensive plans and strategies that align with organizational objectives, define clear goals, and set measurable milestones. * Stakeholder Engagement: Collaborate with executive sponsors, department heads, and end-users to understand business requirements, align project goals, and drive stakeholder engagement throughout the transformation process. * Change Management: Develop and implement change management plans to support adoption, minimize disruption, and ensure end-user readiness, including training, communication, and support initiatives. * Risk & Issue Management: Identify potential risks and challenges, developing proactive mitigation plans and addressing issues as they arise to minimize project delays and ensure smooth execution. * Process Redesign: Partner with functional leaders to identify opportunities for process optimization and redesign, ensuring the ERP transformation delivers measurable improvements in efficiency and productivity. * Resource & Vendor Management: Oversee resource allocation and manage relationships with third-party vendors, consultants, and implementation partners to align efforts and achieve project milestones. * Quality Assurance & Testing: Ensure quality standards are met by managing testing phases, user acceptance testing (UAT), and validation processes, working closely with QA teams to ensure reliability and performance. * Data Migration & Integration: Coordinate data migration, cleansing, and integration efforts to ensure accurate and secure data flow between the ERP system and other business applications. * Continuous Improvement & Post-Implementation Support: Facilitate the transition to the new ERP environment by providing support and identifying post-implementation improvement opportunities, including additional enhancements and system optimizations. Our ideal candidate will possess the following skills: * Education: Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Technology, or a related field (Master's degree or MBA preferred). * Experience: 7+ years of project management experience, with 4+ years in strategy and/or transformation, or similar large-scale change management initiatives. * Project Management: Proven track record managing complex projects using various methodologies such as Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid. * Analytical: Proven ability to analyze complex data, identify trends, and develop actionable insights. Skilled in evaluating qualitative and quantitative information to solve problems, optimize workflows, and support strategic decision-making. Experienced in conducting root-cause analysis to resolve issues and assess risks and opportunities for organizational success. * Change Management and Communication: Experienced in supporting change initiatives, managing stakeholder expectations, and fostering engagement to support successful transitions Strong communicator with the ability to convey complex ideas clearly and effectively to diverse audiences. Skilled in facilitating collaboration, building consensus, and ensuring alignment across teams. * Other Skills: Strong leadership, strategic thinking, analytical process improvement and communication; ability to manage competing priorities and drive organizational alignment. * Technical: Proficiency with project management tools required (e.g., MS Project, Smartsheet, etc.). Finance, HR, or ERP System experience strongly preferred. * Certifications: PMP, PRINCE2, Agile, Six Sigma, or relevant ERP certifications are highly desirable. Preferred Skills * Experience managing multi-site or global ERP transformations. * Experience in organizational Communications. * Expertise in business process analysis and redesign. * Familiarity with Lean Six Sigma or other process improvement methodologies.
