Earn $19.12/hour with the selection of the Enhanced Pay Option. Position Details: The Psychiatric Technician II ensures the safety and well-being of residents in the Residential Program, with a focus on therapy and personal development. Key Responsibilities: * Lead psychotherapy groups to foster peer interaction, problem-solving, and treatment goal achievement. * Assist consumers in building life skills for independent living and provide crisis intervention when necessary. * Maintain accurate documentation and follow all reporting requirements. * Support adult residents with household tasks and teach essential daily living skills (e.g., hygiene, time management). * Contribute to a therapeutic environment that encourages personal growth, with opportunities for advancement within the program.
