The Parts Coordinator is responsible for assisting with all aspects of the parts warehouse operations.

Parts Coordinator Responsibilities:

• Assisting service supervisors and technicians with parts needs
• Professional communication regarding parts status and updates
• Safe operation of a forklift
• Order and check parts
• Maintain backorder report
• Deliver parts to appropriate location/technician
• Ensure timely processing of return warranty parts and core returns
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment
• Additional tasks assigned as needed

Parts Coordinator Requirements:

• High school graduate or equivalent
• Experience working in a warehouse environment
• Previous experience operating a forklift
• Ability to demonstrate safe practices and follow all safety policies
• Lift a minimum of 50 lbs
• Exceptional customer service skills
• Professional communication skills (verbal, written, email, phone, in-person)
• Basic computer skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, customer service focused work environment

Preferred Experience:

• Bilingual (English/Spanish)
