Who You Are: Versar is seeking a full-time, project manager for our Geospatial & Digital Solution (GDS) Market Sector. The successful candidate will be responsible for supporting expeditionary, troop-led construction in efforts. This will require the candidate to work closely with the Customer Engagement Directorate program managers and team members to assist our clients develop whole of engineering approach and associated digital solutions for a variety of mission critical expeditionary construction efforts in logistically constrained and austere locations in the Pacific region. The ideal candidate will assist our customers, uniformed engineering units, by devising novel, innovative, and digital solutions that best meet their needs. This full-time Project Manager will be responsible for maintaining frequent and direct communication with our customers, support troop-led construction in the field, and leverage insights from these customer engagements to support Program Managers identify ways to enhance solutions and grow GDS. The candidate will work closely with the Program Managers to set goals and strategy around employee development, recruiting, and lead the operational aspects of the practice. The appropriately qualified candidate will be able to demonstrate previous success in managing and delivering projects, proven leadership skills, and a strong work ethic. Compensation Expected Salary: $143,000 per year Versar Global Solutions is providing the compensation range and general description of other compensation and benefits that the Company in good faith believes it might pay and/or offer for this position based on the successful applicant's education, experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities in addition to internal equity and geographic location.
