JOB: Office Manager, Waste Industry - Heavy Focus on Billing

Starting Rate: $60,000/Salary

LOCATION: Fort Pierce, Florida

SUMMARY OF POSITION:

The Office Manager reports directly to the Division Manager and plays a pivotal role in overseeing daily billing, administrative tasks, and customer service operations at our Fort Pierce location. As a key managerial position, you will supervise office staff and collaborate closely with the Division Manager, Operations Manager, and others to ensure seamless completion of all reporting requirements.

ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS:
* Manage all administrative functions in the location's office.
* Work with the dispatchers to ensure the accuracy of work orders for the billing of all customers in the market area location.
* Research credits prior to submitting them to collections.
* Manage the credit processing procedures.
* Oversee the customer service department, including scheduling, training, and monitoring the

Customer Service Representatives.

* Work with the Collections department to ensure timely collection of all customer accounts to ensure timely and adequate cash flows.
* Manage timely and accurate deposits for local payments
* Maintain professionalism when communicating with all customers and employees
* Prepare accurate monthly revenue projections for management team review.
* Ensure that disposal invoices are reconciled with the Tower billing and dispatch system. Tower was

specifically designed for the waste and recycling industry to enhance productivity and increase profitability through the integration and efficient use of the latest technology.

* Assist in gathering, verifying and inputting all financial and statistical data into the system for productivity reporting.
* Assist in the restructure of Tower reports as needed for financial and operational analysis. Generate reports for new/lost business, changes in service, etc.
* Support your Division Manager with the office administrative functions that need to be completed for time and attendance and payroll in a timely manner to ensure accuracy.

OTHER JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
* Employees in this job classification must attend and participate in corporation sponsored training courses as assigned.
* Employees in this job classification are responsible for keeping up to date on current technology, as job appropriate, being used by Waste Pro USA.
* Any additional job duties that may be assigned by the Supervisor.

WORK ENVIRONMENT: Normal setting for this job is: office setting.


No CDL Required

QUALIFICATIONS:

Education and Experience
* Prior office management experience, is required. Knowledge of the waste industry is preferred.

* AA or AS Degree preferred

* Ability to maintain relationships with our customers, vendors, and co-workers while effectively communicating and resolving issues
* Ability to work in an organized manner
* Strong computer skills with the ability to learn new computer programs
* Ability to Maintain a professional atmosphere while working with Management, Corporate, and Local Staff
