Position Overview:
Bongards' Creameries is looking for a dynamic, experienced Maintenance Manager to lead our maintenance team at our Humboldt, TN facility. In this role, you'll oversee all preventive and reactive maintenance, maintain critical parts inventory, and ensure operational downtime is kept to a minimum.

What You'll Do:



  • Develop, implement, and coordinate a proactive, efficient maintenance program, including planned maintenance forecasts.
  • Lead, direct, and monitor maintenance personnel to ensure timely completion of repairs and tasks.
  • Oversee staffing and training to optimize department efficiency and employee skill development.
  • Build and manage a robust preventive maintenance program to maximize productivity and minimize downtime.
  • Collaborate with external vendors and suppliers, ensuring competitive pricing and quality.
  • Maintain critical parts inventory, materials, and supplies for department needs.
  • Ensure safety is a top priority within the department.
  • Assist in developing the annual maintenance budget.
  • Foster seamless coordination between maintenance and other operational teams.
  • Other duties as assigned


What You Bring:



  • 3-5 years of supervisory or managerial experience in a maintenance department.
  • Strong background in preventive maintenance strategies.
  • Excellent organizational, problem-solving, and communication skills.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other relevant computer systems.
  • Ability to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment while working individually and as part of a team.
