As a Document Support Manager, you will manage the production, quality, efficiency, risks, and budget of the Document Support department and be accountable to associated key performance indicators. The Document Support Manager assumes ownership for all departmental responsibilities which includes management of the quality of client and account data for the bank's deposit accounts, management of requests for new test deposit accounts, electronic archiving of deposit account and client documentation, monitoring the core system for unauthorized accounts, and testing new updates or software for the use by the Document Support department. Other responsibilities pertaining to the servicing of deposit account or client records may also apply. You will provide overall leadership, performance evaluations and support to a team of associates. You will be responsible for a variety of leadership tasks including the hiring, training and development new associates, actively lead coaching conversations, salary administration, associate relations, time keeping, general associate management practices, serve as lead resource for associates, reflect and promote the core values of the bank, create and revise processes and procedures, and apply tools and technology needed for the Document Support department to achieve the expected results. Additionally, Document Support Managers actively engage and contribute to special projects as it relates to Deposit Operations, provide leadership to the integration of work processes for Document Support department, build a great rapport with clients and fellow associates, and treat others with respect and consideration regardless of their status or position.

All associates are expected to maintain current knowledge and consistent compliance with regulations and bank policies and procedures related to the position, including but not limited to Bank Secrecy Act (BSA) and Office of Foreign Assets Control (OFAC) requirements.

Minimum Requirements: To be considered for this position, you must possess the following qualifications.



  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, or equivalent combination of education and related work experience.
  • 7+ years of relevant job experience.
  • 3+ years previous supervisory or management experience.



Desired Qualifications: To be considered an ideal candidate, you should possess some of the following qualifications:



  • 10+ years of relevant job experience with deposit documentation.
  • 5+ years previous banking experience, with supervisory or management experience.



Skills and Abilities: Below is a general list of desired skills and abilities; this is not an exhaustive list.



  • Proficient in MS Office applications which include Outlook, Word, Excel.
  • Strong technology acumen.
  • Must possess strong oral communication skills (including excellent telephone etiquette).
  • Well-developed analytical and organizational skills.
  • Take initiative to research and resolve problems prior to asking for assistance from manager.
  • Ability to make sound and timely decision, to consistently deliver on commitments, and assume responsibility for results.
  • Responsive and flexible; ability to adapt to changes in the work environment and modify approaches or methods to best fit the situation.
  • Must be self-directed and able to prioritize multiple duties.
  • Ability to work with minimal supervision while performing duties.
  • Excellent customer service skills.
  • Thorough knowledge of state laws related to account titling and documentation.
