We are seeking a highly motivated and well organized, self-starter with a strong dedication to safety. This plant operator should be a strong teammate with the ability to work well with fellow employees, carry out daily assigned tasks with minimum supervision, and have a strong maintenance background.

You will work in a plant environment, filling high pressure and cryogenic product containers, performing product analysis, conducting equipment inspections and maintenance, loading/unloading trailers. You must be comfortable working 8-hour rotating shifts and weekend work. We are looking for someone to take ownership of basic safety responsibilities and be passionate about safe work habits and sustaining a team environment. Military, electrical, instrument or mechanical training is a plus!

Requirements:

  • Physically able to handle/push wheeled containers weighing more than 250 lbs.
  • Ability to climb trailer ladders/steps safely.
  • Demonstrative mechanical aptitude.
  • The work shift is during the day Monday - Friday. Shift could change subject to work requirements. Must be available for overtime and weekends when necessary.
  • Must have good communication and computer skills.
  • SAP knowledge a plus.
  • Willingness to work outdoors 60% of the time.
  • Ability to follow established procedures and safety requirements.
  • Ability to recognize changing priorities and adapt accordingly.

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • 2 years' experience in plant operations, desired.
