JOB SUMMARY

Perform general labor tasks as they pertain to metal and pipe fabrication.



MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS


  • High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent.


KEY SKILLS & COMPETENCIES


  • Requires strong organizational skills, typing, as well as the ability to prioritize and complete multiple projects in a timely manner.
  • Requires knowledge of Microsoft Office applications.
  • Must be able to communicate effectively, both orally and in writing.
  • Must maintain highly confidential and sensitive information.
  • Must be proficient in the use of hand tools, power tools, and cleaning and moving equipment.
  • Must have basic knowledge of safety practices and procedures.



JOB RESPONSIBILITIES


  • Observe and obey all safety rules.
  • Perform welding, grinding, and threading of pipe.
  • Assist with the loading and unloading of pipe, fitting, and other devices.
  • Use a variety of power tools including chop saw, plasma cutter, roll cutter, and cut groover.
  • Perform local deliveries of materials to jobsite, pick up materials for projects, and operate a forklift to move products and material.
  • Perform additional duties as assigned.

  • Background check, credit check, MVR and drug screen may be required (will vary by position).
