Summary

Responsible for the facilities management of offsite properties, including oversight of regulatory compliance and day to day operations. Visible hands-on management and interactions with tenants, within a fast-paced environment that requires a strong ability to multi-task. The successful candidate will have a strong ability to prioritize and work independently.

Required Minimum Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities (KSAs)

  1. Education: High school diploma
  2. License/Certifications: Valid Driver's license required.
  3. Experience: Two years of property management experience or a combination of comparable relevant work experience and education required. Experience with a computerized maintenance management system preferred.
  4. Additional Skills/Requirements Required: N/A
