As the Recreation Coordinator, you will work alongside the Health & Fitness Manager to ensure the smooth operation of recreational facilities, including the gymnasium, outdoor turf field, the Zone, and the supervision of Kroc Attendants. You will also take the lead in overseeing the Summer Camp Program, with a focus on planning, executing, and improving recreational activities that promote health, wellness, and community engagement. What You Will Do:
Minimum Qualifications: The requirements listed below are representative of the minimal education, experience, skills, and/or abilities required for this position. Education: College degree preferred Background Checks: Position requires a background check to be completed and all background check results will be reviewed. Experience: Minimum of two years' experience working directly with youth and sports and/or customer service-related industries Certifications: Must have a valid driver's license and maintain The Salvation Army Driver's qualification standard; must complete Safe From Harm and CPR training within the first 30 days of employment Skills/Abilities:
