If you are passionate about empowering others through capability building, INVISTA's Enablement team is looking for qualified professionals to join us as a Learning and Development (L&D) Leader. Join INVISTA's Enablement team as a Learning and Development Leader to build and implement L&D strategies for the Global Supply Chain function, focusing on Supply Planning, Customer Experience, and Logistics. You'll define, develop and drive L&D initiatives and develop innovative learning programs while enhancing technical and critical thinking skills within the supply chain teams. This is a high-impact role, and we are seeking a Learning & Development leader who is contribution motivated, has a principled entrepreneurial spirit and a proven capability to transform L&D efforts in a principled, results-driven way. They will influence within their space to drive sustainable knowledge development and improved processes. They will have courage to challenge existing mental models and equip themselves with the knowledge to successfully drive and lead initiatives. What You Will Do * Serve as the L&D subject matter expert, fostering a sustainable learning culture. * Develop and execute global L&D strategies aligned with business objectives. * Create a scalable framework for learning strategies with global consistency and regional adaptability. * Integrate and enhance supply chain-specific learning paths. * Collaborate with cross-functional leaders to address skill and performance gaps. * Work with regional teams to tailor programs to local cultures. * Partner with the Center of Excellence for best practices in learning content. * Oversee content creation and maintenance within INVISTA's Knowledge System. * Implement and track learning technologies and platforms for effective delivery. * Monitor program effectiveness through feedback and analytics. Who You Are (Basic Qualifications) * Proven experience in establishing and developing L&D strategies in a global organization. * Project management skills for learning implementation and tracking. * Ability to guide stakeholders in closing performance gaps. * Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite What Will Put You Ahead * Knowledge of L&D industry trends and emerging technologies. * Experience in training/developing within industrial, manufacturing, or operations environments. * Prior experience supervising a technical training or L&D function. * Familiarity with content authoring software and Learning Management Systems (LMS). * Experience using simulator technology for learning solutions. * Strong change management skills and experience in leading cultural transformation initiatives. * PMP or project management experience is a plus.
