Job Objective:

The Warehouse Lead oversees staffing, production processes, and work therapy assignments of assigned commodities departments.

  • Oversee staff and production process of assigned commodities departments per TSA
  • Oversee that the assigned areas are being run in accordance with OSHA Safety Guidelines and meets all TSA Policies.
  • Manage the evaluation and packing of all commodities; including cleaning, pricing, wrapping, and preparation for shipping.
  • Ensures communication, monitoring, and recording of all production
  • Work with Program Department staff to maximize work therapy goals for beneficiaries to support their success through training and mentoring.
  • Reports incidents of misconduct, inefficiencies, and safety concerns to appropriate
  • Wear any and all PPE provided, including but not limited to safety glasses, gloves, masks, or back guard.
  • Maintain a clean and organized work environment
  • All other duties as assigned



Minimum Qualifications:

The requirements listed below are representative of the minimal education, experience, skills, and/or abilities required for this position.

Education & Experience

HS Diploma or equivalent, or equivalent combination of education and experience.

Certifications:

Must maintain a valid driver's license and qualify to drive TSA vehicles.

Skills/Abilities:

Ability to speak, read, write and understand English in a manner sufficient for effective communication with leadership and center personnel.

Must have basic computer skills with a working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite and be able to become proficient in other proprietary software programs. Strong Excel skills a plus. Must be able to problem solve.

Must have good people development and management skills.
