For a limited time MaineHealth is offering up to $10,000 sign on for Registered Nurses with 0-1.99yearsof experience and $20,000 for experienced Registered Nurses with 2+years of experience!

Eligible candidates are hired (offer accepted) into a Full or Part time RN position.
Bonus amount prorated for Part time hires, per diem hires are ineligible.

Current MaineHealth member employees are ineligible; former MaineHealth Members are ineligible until greater than 6 months separation from employment.

This is a hybrid position with opportunity to work in the office and from home.

MaineHealth Medical Group has a leadership opportunity for a registered nurse looking to take the next step in their career. The RN selected to fill this Clinical Manager role will oversee clinical operations for three fast-paced Cardiology practices.

Some of the exciting challenges this position offers include:

    • Leading a large team of specialty nurses and indirect support of medical assistants, inclusive of recruitment, development, coaching, engagement and counseling
    • Operational Leadership:

    * Active member of multiple practice committees i.e.: Quality, Clinical, Operational and Leadership

    * EMR Clinical Superuser

    * Development and implementation of new clinical processes and protocols

    * Working collaboratively with our Southern Cardiology team on standardizing clinical workflows to ensure they are the most efficient and offer the greatest level of patient satisfaction

    To ensure success in supporting this team, we are seeking prior leadership experience where you've led day-day operations, mentored employees, and oversaw performance management.     Prior cardiac experience/critical care experience is preferred

    MaineHealth Cardiology - Augusta | MaineHealth is searching for a Clinical Practice Manager. The Practice Manager is responsible for supervising and overseeing all operational aspects of the clinical department, including clinical services and staffing needs. The Clinical Manager is responsible for coordinating the clinical workflow to provide the most efficient, effective, safe and comprehensive patient care. The Clinical Manager will collaborate with physicians, midlevel providers, other managers, and clinical staff to increase the volume of clinical outpatient services, referral process, patient flow, and maximize the productivity of each practice location (Waterville, Augusta, and Lewiston).

    Required Minimum Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities (KSAs):

    1. Education: Graduation from an accredited college with a Bachelor's Degree in Nursing required.

    2. License/Certifications: Current State of Maine RN license required. Current BLS Certification required or must obtain within 30 days of start date.

    3. Experience: Five years of experience in the nursing field required. Supervisory experience preferred.
